Grissini e biscottini – olive grissini and parmesan and poppy biscuits as canapés with Prosecco
Crema di sedano rapa – a cream of celeriac soup with poached quail’s eggs and parmesan crisps
Paniscia – a risotto from Piemonte made with borlotti beans and salame.
Oca farcita – roast goose, stuffed with chestnuts, raisins, shallots and breadcrumbs, served with roast potatoes and a beetroot and purple sprouting broccoli salad
Panettone and crema pasticciera pudding
