I am an Italian cook who also writes about food and drink. Born into a very foodie Lombard family, growing fresh food, sourcing good ingredients and preparing delicious meals have always been at the heart of my everyday life.
In March 2011 I launched The Foodie Bugle, an online co-operative magazine that tells the whole story of good food and drink across the world. The Foodie Bugle Lectures help bring together all the different food and drink artisans, retailers, writers, photographers and consumers that follow, read and contribute to the magazine.
